Well we are all set for tomorrow at 8:45 am.... Let's just every one pray that A - we make it thru tonight and B - we manage to actually get Dilen sedated and out cold enough for them to do the work... He can't eat or drink after midnight tonight so I hope that sleeps thru and doesn't want/need any meds in middle of night....
Also does anyone know anything about water retention?? Apparently after 9 months of NOT swelling my ankles/legs are suddenly HUGE w/water retention to the point my feet are feeling large and uncomfortable... I am gonna do some surfing on it but would like to know if anyone has any good advice on it... Well it's off to rest... Til next time....

ARRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG Ok so we managed to make it all the way to the actual novacaine shot being administered today... THEN he refuses to open mouth for the drill - aka "electric toothbrush w/water" - suddenly didn't want to believe it wasn't gonna hurt and is all just noise... *sigh* I just can't keep doing this... It's driving me INSANE... E said he'll pay whatever it takes to just get it done!! I cna't keep being up half the night w/Dilen cause he's crying his tooth hurts.... SOOOOOOO everyone pray - pray really really really hard for us!! I have schedule Dilen for a 12:30 appt for sedation and having 2 baby root canals done... BUT they will put him OUT COLD first THEN work in his mouth... Please pray that it works and they are able to get all the work done... I am not sure what else to do at this point... This isn't even covered and will cost me $600 out of pocket w/$250 needed upfront day of sedation... I am sooo lost as to what we can do to make it better... I just know that it's getting to be very mentally draining on me... I have explained to Dilen that we are gonna try one more time but this time he's gonna be asleep before they work on his mouth... I really really hope it works this time... Our next option would be in a hospital setting and I don't even know wanna know what that charge would be let alone try to find a doc that does that... *sigh*
Other then all is ok in the world... So y'all keep on praying I can get Dilen fixed this next visit... Til next time....

We're HOME!!!!!! Can I go back to hospital now??? PLEASE!!!!!!! Dilen is whiney about his tooth, the LR needed to be vaccumed and couches put back together, there are a few dishes to do and the dog is hungry! *L* Oh and there is a load of laundry to do....
BUT we are home!! Ethen is just ADORABLE!!! I have some pics but need to upload them tomorow... For now - he was born 4/14 at 10:28am... He was 7lbs 11oz and 20 inches.... All is well w/him - he's nursing like a champ and adjusting to life in the outside world! *L* I forgot just how tiny 7 or 8 lbs is!!! Ethen reminds me alot of Deven when Deven was born in the looks and nursing dept but then again he looks a bit like Dilen did too... Absolutely adorable!!!!
Overall I feel good, sore and moving slow but doing ok.... Tomorrow I have Dilen's dentist appt and Weds I get my staples removed... Then I get to settle down into a routine... I'll update more and post pics by Weds but just wanted to tell you all we are home!! The house is still standing and overall it's not as badly destroyed as I thought it would be then again it was destroyed more then I had hoped it would be... Well there goes the little man looking for dinner... Til next time...

Well that's it... The house is as good as it's gonna get.... I did the majority of the things on my list.... When I get home Sun or Mon I will fold/sort thru clothes, esp those for Ethen but overall the house is clean, the fridge is stocked and the boys have plenty of clean laundry.... I merely need to vaccum on my way out the door in 5 hrs.... For now I am gonna go rest/sleep/nap... I'll update w/pics as soon as I can.... Til next time...

Well I have 2 full days (it's still early in am for me! *L*) and two full nights til Ethen comes... I am starting to get nervous... Just a tiny bit - mostly about the surgery... I have been making progress on my list of chores - most of the baby clothes are washed and dried... I have a TON of folding but I will work on that tonight or tomorrow night... I FINALLY got the Xmas decorations out of the kitchen and stashed neatly in a corner on the porch!!! Plus I managed to toss a few things even!!! I redid my list last night when I was done w/all that and I swear I have twice as much to do now! *L* But I tend to micro-list each little thing.... I'll get most of it done though... As soon as my back unstiffens!!! UGH!
And speaking of UGH - Deven had some homework to finish last night - he PROMISED to do it this morning but come 7am the boy is OUT COLD!! ARGGGGG Then I come in to make coffee and there on the table is his homework ALL done!! Even pages I didn't tell him he had to do - he read the list and finished it all on his own!! Who is this child - this pod person??? And WHERE is MY child???? *LOL* I didn't even hear him get up in the middle of night - actually must have been about 3-4am... Darn spring has him running a little manic... NOT a good week for that since he's taking the state required tests this week... So I am letting him sleep a little longer this morning and I will drive him and Dilen to school around 8:15... For right now I have about 20 min to go veg w/my coffee and I am gonna enjoy every second of it...
BTW seems yet another of my blogger friends is expecting... I am soooo thrilled for her knowing she too deserves it!!! So everyone cross their fingers for M for the next 6 wks til she's over the 1st trimester - not that she needs the luck but hey a little prayer NEVER hurts!!!! And if you are reading M - CONGRATS to you sweetie!!!! {{HUGS}}

Well looks like we have been given a moving extension - we SHOULD be ok til Sept 2006 so I am not SOOO worried right now - that gives us about 16 months to move in my book... Plenty of time to find a place, have the $$ and figure out what to do w/the Piece of Shit (POS) we live in.... THAT is the hardest part of it all right now...
BUT I am still not worrying about it for atleast another week or so - I have THREE DAYS!!!! Three days left to finish my list of general cleaning chores, pack my bag and get ready for the arrival of Ethen.... EEEEEEKS!!
Dilen needs 2 root canals... ONE he needs done last week but he's DEATHLY afraid of the dentist and I am having the damnest time finding someone under our coverage that will work w/him and not cost me someone's college fund... We have a THIRD appt next Tues the 19th but after being up in middle of night w/a crying child in pain I am gonna see tomorrow if maybe we can fit him in THIS Tues the 12th.... *sigh* Poor boy is in pain and still it's not enough for him to overcome the fear he feels at the dentist....
I am doing ok - finishing up things here at work and counting down the time... Not too much else going on otherwise... I was perusing someone's blog list and they had a blog they visit called "My boyfriend is a twat" - I must read that blog!! *L* I can fully relate to the sentiment that sentence relays!!! *LOL*
The weather is AWESOME out there so I will be packing up shortly and headed out the door to go home and enjoy the spring before the winter-ish weather returns this week.... I'll stop back atleast one more time before Ethen's arrival on Thurs and will DEFINATELY be back here on the 18th or so w/pictures!!!! Til next time....

ARRRRRRGGGGGGGGG
Things just keep on getting better and better.... My mobile home sits on Govt land here on the post I work at... A small perk for working here but not permanent by any means... Well we just got the official word - We have to vacate the land by 30 Sept... OH JOY!!! Problem #1 - NO and I mean NO mobile home park in NJ will allow you to move in your trailer - just not gonna happen... Problem #2 - not sure if my home would withstand a move and be fully liveable immediately.... Problem #3 - $$$$$$ the cost of moving, the cost of finding a home/rental here.... Ok... #1 and 2 could be solved by finding a place the buys/moves mobile homes from people - that would give me $$ to move..... ANY WAY - there are now 17 families that are in a pinch about where to live/what to do w/their mobile home by 30 Sept - so can you all please pray for a swift, equitable and happy solution for all of us!!!! (If you want to know more just ask, I"ll try to be more informative - meanwhile just PRAY!!)

BTW does anyone out there have a Medela Pump in Style breastmilk pump??? Did you like it?? Was it easy to use??? And most importantly - is anyone looking to loan or sell theirs???

Just a quick update -Easter was nice - I stayed home and vegged w/boys - we did our egg coloring on Sunday and had a nice, quiet day.... Didn't get them alot of candy and they didn't mind...
Had my 36 wk appt last week - gained almost 5 lbs in 2 wks - EEEKS but overall I am still under 15 lbs total gain... I DO have PUPPs though - some rash/itch condition that pg women get - actually it's one in 160-200 women - aren't I just the lucky one!! I don't have a really bad rash - just a few bumps here and there on stomach and legs but I have an almost intolerable itch from scalp to soles of feet... Gets more aggrevated w/warm and heat - OH JOY!!! So doc gave me some predisone to take to help with it - taking that and some benedryl allows me to get thru the day... I co-worker brought me in some Neutragena Cream w/lidocaine in it too.... TG I only have 10 more days to get thru....
My shower at work is this week and I am sooo excited... I am slowly making progress thru my list at home FINALLY... That little burst of energy is slowly working up to full speed and I am starting to actually start AND finish things...
